Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Lakeside Peach
  • Orange Wedge

Directions

Dry Shake. Add ice and shake long and hard. Double strain into a Collins glass, top with 2 oz. cream soda. Garnish with an orange wedge.
