Directions
In a mixing tin add a pinch of mint, 1⁄2 oz. simple syrup, 2 oz. traverse city barrel proof bourbon, add 2 ice cubes and quickly whip the cocktail to incorporate ingredients. Strain over crushed ice into a julep cup. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
