Directions
In a mixing tin add 3⁄4 oz. Fresh lemon juice, 3⁄4 oz. Honey syrup, 2 oz. Xxx bourbon. Add ice and shake until chilled and ingredients are mixed. Approximately 10 seconds. Using a hawthorne and fine mesh stainer, double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint bouquet.
